Control Larry Sykes' travel budget

"If Larry Sykes and Deborah Barnett go to a conference together, Larry's expenses are sometimes 1.5 to 2 times the amount for Deborah. This is going to the same conference.

Close TPS administration building

The district should close the adminstration building and move the activities that go on there into Libbey High School and the former Riverside Hospital complex. District can save $200,000 a year. Estimate based upon district projections of saving around $200k for closing buildings.
